1.It adopts structural design of turntable-type and double stamping heads to ensure compact structure, little space occupation and easy operation.
2.Piston rod adopts mechanical position limitation. Downward stroke is adjustable with high positioning accuracy ±0.02mm.
3.Downward stroke has two kinds of speeds, namely fast movement and work feeding. Fast movement can improve operating efficiency. Th speed of work feeding can be easily adjusted so as toprotect molds and improve product quality.
4.It can realize full automatic operation of feeding, discharging, lubricant adding and detect stamping head cracks or not.
5.It is used for a series of processes like balance pad chamfering, words stamping, rivet stamping and leveling etc. All processes can be clamped for one time to improve processing precision.
6.It is furnished with related protective devices to avoid over-voltage, motor over-current, overload and electric leakage.
