1.C-model machine body adopts HT25 integral casting, with good rigidity and small deformation after high temperature aging treatment.
2.Professionally designed, it is suitable for flanging and riveting various accessories such as auto steering ball joints, silicone oil clutches and washing machine clutches etc.
3.Technical parameters like stroke, time and counting etc. can be directly set on touch screen.
4.It adopts variable frequency power head design. Speed of main shaft can be adjusted freely, with easy operation and wide actuating range.
5.It adopts air as power source, utilizes gas-liquid pressurization principle to realize fast actuating and high power output. It causes no noise generated by hydraulic system under standby mode, which can save power consumption and reduce product cost.
6.Full automatic, semi-automatic and inching function can be set.
7.With safety design, it adopts double-hand operation, with functions of emergency stop and up-and-down inching.
8.Downward movement stroke has two kinds of speeds, namely fast movement and work-feeding. Fast movement improves operating efficiency. Th speed of work feeding can be easily adjusted so as to protect molds and improve product press-fitting quality.
9.It adopts two circular actuating modes, button and petal switch.
10.Products to be riveted have a wide diameter range. Products of different diameters can be riveted only by adjusting the opening of riveting head.
11.The coaxiality between riveting head (in time of rotating) and main shaft is 0.05.
12.It is optional to detect whether products are placed on certain position, being flexible and human-based.
13.With reliable design, it adopts triple units to respectively control fast downward movement, work-feeding, return stroke to ensure all links have relatively stable pressure.
