1.CNC 6-station tie rod end riveting machine is installed with device to test torque automatically. Multi-station workbench design saves the time of clamping products, thus improving production efficiency. Multi-station hydraulic machine can reduce labor cost, minimize floor space, increase output and improve efficiency.
2.Hydraulic machine is installed with pressure sensor to display actual pressure. Pressure testing range can be set to test whether press-fitted products are qualified or not.
3.This machine adopts PLC control. Movement speed, pressure, time and lower pressure position can be set freely on the screen.
4.All hydraulic system ensures high pressure, stable operating performance, high pressure accuracy and large adjustment range.
5.Adjustment and press-fitting of two kinds circulative starting modes, press button and pedal.
6.Operating frequency:2.5S, press-fitting accuracy:±0.02mm.
7.This machine is installed with automatic testing torque meter to set upper/lower limit torque value. When torque value exceeds required range, the machine can give alarming automatically. Toque testing is ±20N•M.
8.Infrared safety device, four-column hydraulic machine and pressure sensor (optional).
